आवश्यक सामग्री : Ingredients For Rava Idli
- Salt (नमक ) 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil (तेल) 2 tablespoons
- Semolina(सूजी) 1 Cup
- Curd(दही) 1/2 Cup
- Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा ) or Eno Fruit salt 3/4 teaspoon
- Water (पानी) Little less than half Cup (Adjust according to the consistency)
Method:- How to make rava Idli
Lets start step by step Rava Idli recipe
Step 1
- Mix salt and Curd(dahi) in Semolina(suji) and make a thick batter using water.
- Cover it and leave for 1 hour.
- Then add meetha soda or Eno to the idli mixture.
Step 2
- Now grease idli mold with oil and put the above mixture in it.
Step 3
- Boil 2 glass water in a pressure cooker and place idli mold in it so as to steam the idli.
- Cook at high flame for 10 minutes,let it whistle, and then remove it from the flame.
Step 4
- Open it and take out idli from the mold.
Step 5
- Serves with hot samber and coconut chutney.

इडली बनाने की विधि :-
- एक बाउल में सूजी ,दही ,नमक और पानी डालकर गाड़ा घोल तैयार कर ले ।
- घोल को एक घंटे के लिए ढक्कर रख दे ।
- फिर उस मिश्रण में इनो या मीठा सोडा डालकर मिला दे ।
- इडली के साँचो में अच्छे से घी या रिफाइंड लगा दे ताकि मिश्रण उसमे चिपके नहीं ।
- एक एक करके इडली के साचो में मिश्रण को डाल दे ।
- प्रेसर कुकर में दो ग्लास पानी डालकर खौला ले फिर इडली के साचो को उसके अंदर रख दे ।
- प्रेसर कुकर बंद करके इडली को तेज गैस पर दस मिनट के लिए पकाये ।
- थोड़ा ठंडा होने पर इडली को साँचे से निकाल ले ।
